Oracal 651 self-adhesive vinyl, water proof, is a high-quality graphic film made in Germany. It adheres well to glass, metal, plastic, fibreglass, and wood surfaces. Although it is considered “permanent adhesive vinyl,” it can be removed with a heat gun without damaging the surface.
