We, us, our = goldleaf.nz You = the customer, the site user.
You must only use goldleaf.nz in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You must be 16 years old or older, and able to enter into a legally agreement with goldleaf.nz
You must give us correct personal information such as your name, address, and an email address.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occurs on your Account and you must keep your Account password secure.
goldleaf.nz is not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your Account.
goldleaf.nz and the content in it are subject to copyright.
You must pay for your order in full by one of the payment methods we provide on goldleaf.nz
You must have sufficient funds to make a purchase on goldleaf.nz
Your order will be on-hold and not dispatched to you till your payment is received and funds are cleared.
If you have made a mistake with your order after you have made payment, please contact us immediately and we will try to reach a satisfactory agreement for both of us.
You must not use, reproduce, distribute, sell or modify any of the material on goldleaf.nz, including text and images without a prior written consent from goldleaf.nz.
Some of the images are an indicative representation of our product, so a variation may occur between the actual product and the images that are on goldleaf.nz
goldleaf.nz reserves the right to refuse to process your order.
Gold leaf size may be smaller or larger by up to 5mm than what is advertised on the website. This is normal and variation in gold leaf size is well known whithin the industry.
Overnight Urban delivery: Normally 1-2 business days, but a delay is expected and we take no responsibility for not receiving your order in the selected turnaround.
Overnight Rural delivery: 1-3 business days. In some rural areas this could take up to 5 days, gold leaf.nz is not responsible for the delay of your order.
In the event of a lose mail, you are to contact your local delivery contractor and follow it up.
In the event that some of your order is missing, delayed or never arrived to you, you are responsible to follow up with the shipping company and reach a solution with the delivery company on your own. gold leaf.nz will take no responsibility in the search for your order and will not be held liable for any costs that you may encore with the shipping companies and their agents, nor will be held liable for any courts costs and decisions that may arouse as a result of the missing of your order.
In the event of a replacement or refund that is offered to you by gold leaf.nz, you are to pay for all shipping costs.
All received orders are processed, packaged and ready to post within 24h and sent to you by NZ Post.
Orders which are made before 3pm on business days are processed and shipped same day as long as we received payment and funds are cleared in our account.
Orders that are placed after 3pm will be processed and shipped to you on the following business day.
Signature: To sign off when receiving your product you need to request this option from us before making an order. There is a fee for this feature please contact us first.
Late delivery, courier contractors at your destination sometimes are late, and thats has nothing to do with us. Therefore, we do not offer any refund if your product did not arrive at the time you expected.
Holiday: No shipping available during public holiday including Sat and Sun, orders that are placed during the holiday will be processed on the following business day.
All Back Orders can take up to 20 days and sometimes are cancelled and or subject to availability. You are informed not to order before you have received a confirmation from us.
Goldleaf.nz does not claim to offer the cheapest prices and nor we claim to offer the best quality products. Its your responsibility to do your homework and find the right price and the right product for yourself.
Text, images, prices and other content may be subject to error, if this happened gold leaf.nz reserve the right to make the necessary updates and changes to its benefit at anytime.
All images on this website are indicative and some variations do exist.
Stock availability could change anytime, this is due to our wholesale system. If you are ordering large quantity please contact us first to secure your order.
All our products are inspected one by one and packaged by us to ensure good condition. If you claim after you received your order that one or some products were damaged or missing you will have to provide a video evidence upon unpacking your parcel in order to get a replacement or a refund from us, and by buying from us you agree to this term.
Cancelling an order: For orders that are already in stock, you will be entitled to a full refund less the cost of shipping if there is any. However, if your order was shipped for free and you have already received your product, you will be charged for shipping cost and that will be deducted from your refund.
Cancelling backorder product: You are entitled for a full refund less the cost of international shipping: if your order was shipped from EU there will be a charge of $180 shipping fee and $95 shipping fee from Asia. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Goldleaf NZ is not responsible for any bank charges that you encored by doing business with us.
If you were unsatisfied with our service, your only option is to stop using our service and our website.
Complaint: please contact us first and we welcome your comment and complaint. We will do our best to resolve the matter with you.
All our prices are in NZ$ and GST inclusive.
