- You must pay for your order in full by one of the payment methods we provide on goldleaf.nz.
- You must have sufficient funds to purchase on goldleaf.nz.
- Your order will be on-hold and not dispatched to you till your payment is received and funds are cleared.
- If you have made a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us immediately, and we will try to reach a satisfactory agreement for both of us.
- You must not use, reproduce, distribute, sell or modify any of the material on goldleaf.nz, including text and images, without prior written consent from goldleaf.nz.
- Some of the images are an indicative representation of our products, so a variation may occur between the actual product you receive and the photos that are on goldleaf.nz
- goldleaf.nz reserves the right to refuse to process your order, and no reason shall be given to you.
- Gold leaf size may be smaller or larger by up to 10mm than advertised on the website. This is normal, and variation in gold leaf size and colour is well known within the industry.
- Overnight delivery: is for urban suburbs only, usually 1-2 business days. But a delay is expected these days, and we take no responsibility for not receiving your order in time. Orders must be placed by 4 pm, and funds are cleared.
- Urban & Rural: usually five business days, but a delay is expected these days, and we take no responsibility for not receiving your order in time.
- Saturday Delivery: Courier company will try to deliver to yu on Saturday, but if unsuccessful, they will try again on the following business day.
- Freight: this is a flat rate regardless of size and weight, and it can take up to five business days to receive your order.
- Signature: To sign off when receiving your product, you need to request this option from us before making an order. There is an additional fee for this service. Please get in touch with us first.
- Late delivery: courier contractors sometimes are late, which has nothing to do with us. Therefore, we do not offer any refund if your product did not arrive when you expected.
- Holiday: No shipping available during the public holidays, including Sat and Sun. Orders placed during the holiday will be processed on the following business day.
- If your order is missing, delayed or never arrived, you are responsible for following up with the shipping company on your own.
- goldleaf.nz will take no part and no responsibility in the search for your order and will not be held liable for any costs involved in the searching for your lost order, nor will be held responsible for any legal fees that may arise as a result of the missing of your order.
- In the event of a replacement or refund offered to you by goldleaf.nz, you must pay for all shipping costs.
- Back Orders can take between 7-40 business days.
- On-sale or discounted products are either expired or near expiry; therefore, no refund or replacement is given.
- Goldleaf.nz does not claim to offer the lowest prices, nor do we claim to offer the best quality products. It is your responsibility to do your homework and find the right price and product.
- Text, images, prices, and other content might be subject to error if this happens goldleaf.nz reserve the right to make the necessary updates and changes to its benefit at any time.
- All images on this website are indicative, and some variations do exist.
- Stock availability could change anytime, and this is due to our commercial system.
- All our products are inspected one by one and packaged by us to ensure good condition. If you claim after you received your order that one or some products were damaged or missing, you will have to provide video evidence upon unpacking your parcel to get a replacement or a refund from us, and by buying from us, you agree to this term.
- Cancelling an order: For orders already in stock, you will be entitled to a full refund, less the shipping cost if there is any. However, if your order was shipped for free, you will be charged shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancelling a backorder: You are entitled to a full refund less the international shipping cost: if your order was shipped from the EU, there would be a charge of $495 shipping fee and a $370 shipping fee from Asia. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or you will have to pay by direct credit to our bank account if your original payment does not cover the shipping cost.
- Our gilding warranty applies to the quality only, and it does not apply to damages caused by accident, misuse, negligence or intentional damage.
- Goldleaf NZ is not responsible for any bank charges you encored by doing business with us.
- If you are unsatisfied with our service or product, your only option is to stop using our website.
- Complaint: please get in touch with us first, and we welcome your comment and complaint. We will do our best to resolve the matter with you.
- All our prices are NZ$ and includes no GST.
- Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- We may cancel any Coupon at any time without giving prior notice to the customer.
- Using AfterPay, you, the customer, agreed to make full payment and honour your transactions according to Afterpay terms and conditions.
- Changes To This Agreement: These terms and conditions will be and or may be changed at any time without prior notice to customers.
