  2. You = the customer, the site user.
  3. It would be best if you only used goldleaf.nz in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. You must be 16 years old or older, and able to enter into a legal agreement with goldleaf.nz
  5. You must give us correct personal information such as your name, address, and an email address.
  6. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.
  7. goldleaf.nz is not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account.
  8. goldleaf.nz and the content in it are subject to copyright.
  9. You must pay for your order in full by one of the payment methods we provide on goldleaf.nz.
  10. You must have sufficient funds to make a purchase on goldleaf.nz.
  11. Your order will be on-hold and not dispatched to you till your payment is received, and funds are cleared.
  12. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will try to reach a satisfactory agreement for both of us.
  13. You must not use, reproduce, distribute, sell or modify any of the material on goldleaf.nz, including text and images without prior written consent from goldleaf.nz.
  14. Some of the images are an indicative representation of our products, so a variation may occur between the actual product you receive and the images that are on goldleaf.nz
  15. goldleaf.nz reserves the right to refuse to process your order and no reason shall be given to you.
  16. Gold leaf size may be smaller or larger by up to 10mm than advertised on the website. This is normal, and variation in gold leaf size and colour is well known within the industry.
  17. Overnight delivery is for unman suburbs only, normally 1-2 business days, but a delay is expected, and we take no responsibility for not receiving your order in the selected turnaround.
  18. Rural delivery: 5 business days. In some rural areas this could take up to 10 business days, goldleaf.nz is not responsible for your order’s delay.
  19. In the event of a lost mail, you are to contact your local delivery contractor and follow it up.
  20. If your order is missing, delayed or never arrived, you are responsible for following up with the shipping company on your own. goldleaf.nz will take no part and no responsibility in the search for your order, and will not be held liable for any costs involved the searching for your lost order, nor will be held liable for any legal costs that may arise as a result of the missing of your order.
  21. In the event of a replacement or refund offered to you by goldleaf.nz, you are to pay for all shipping costs.
  22. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed and shipped to you on the following business day.
  23. Signature: To sign off when receiving your product, you need to request this option from us before making an order. There is an additional fee for this service. Please contact us first.
  24. Late delivery, courier contractors at your destination sometimes are late, which has nothing to do with us. Therefore, we do not offer any refund if your product did not arrive at the time you expected.
  25. Holiday: No shipping available during the public holidays including Sat and Sun. Orders that are placed during the holiday will be processed on the following business day.
  26. Back Orders can take between 7-20 business days.
  27. No tracking number is given when shipping is via STD POST, therefore, you take your own risk when selecting this shipping option. No refund and no replacement under STD POST in the event of lost order.
  28. On-sale or discounted products are either expired or near expiry; therefore, no refund and no replacement is given.
  29. Goldleaf.nz does not claim to offer the lowest prices, nor do we claim to offer the best quality products. It is your responsibility to do your homework and find the right price and the right product.
  30. Text, images, prices and other content might be subject to error if this happened goldleaf.nz reserve the right to make the necessary updates and changes to its benefit at any time.
  31. All images on this website are indicative, and some variations do exist.
  32. Stock availability could change anytime, and this is due to our commercial system.
  33. All our products are inspected one by one and packaged by us to ensure good condition. If you claim after you received your order that one or some products were damaged or missing you will have to provide video evidence upon unpacking your parcel in order to get a replacement or a refund from us, and by buying from us you agree to this term.
  34. Cancelling an order: For orders that are already in stock, you will be entitled to a full refund less the shipping cost if there is any. However, if your order was shipped for free, you will be charged for shipping cost, and it will be deducted from your refund.
  35. Cancelling a backorder: You are entitled to a full refund less the cost of international shipping: if your order was shipped from EU there would be a charge of $495 shipping fee and $370 shipping fee from Asia. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or you will have to pay by a direct credit to our bank account in the event that your original payment does not cover the shipping cost.
  36. Our gilding warrantee applies to the workmanship only, and it does not apply to damages that are caused by accident, misuse, negligence or intentional damage.
  37. Goldleaf NZ is not responsible for any bank charges that you encored by doing business with us.
  38. If you were unsatisfied with our service or product, your only option is to stop using our website.
  39. Complaint: please contact us first, and we welcome your comment and complaint. We will do our best to resolve the matter with you.
  40. All our prices are in NZ$ and GST inclusive.
  41. All our Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  42. We may cancel any Coupon at any time without giving prior notice to the customer.
  43. Using AfterPay, you, the customer agreed to make full payment and honour your transactions according to Afterpay terms and conditions.
  44. Changes To This Agreement: These terms and conditions will be and or may be changed at any time without prior notice to customers.
