Your order will be on hold and not dispatched until your payment and funds are cleared.
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will try to reach a satisfactory agreement for both of us.

Gold leaf size may be smaller or larger by up to 10mm than advertised on the website. This is normal, and variation in gold leaf size and colour is well known within the industry.
Shipping in NZ: Urban: within five days.
Shipping to Australia: within seven days.
Shipping to the rest of the world: within fifteen to twenty days.
Saturday Delivery: The courier company will try to deliver to you on Saturday, but if unsuccessful, they will try again on the following business day.
Freight: this is a flat rate regardless of size and weight, and it can take up to five business days to receive your order.
Signature: To sign off when receiving your product, request this option from us before ordering. There is an additional fee for this service. Please get in touch with us first.
Shipping Note: All our shipping times are targeted delivery, and courier contractors are sometimes late, which has nothing to do with us. Therefore, we do not offer any refund if your product did not arrive when you expected.
Holiday: No shipping is available during public holidays, including Sat and Sun. Orders placed during the holiday will be processed on the following business day.
If your order is missing, delayed or never arrived, you are responsible for following up with the shipping company.
goldleaf.nz will take no part and no responsibility in the search for your order and will not be held liable for any costs involved in the search for your lost order, nor will be held responsible for any legal fees that may arise as a result of the missing of your order.
If Goldleaf.nz offers you a replacement or refund, you must pay all shipping costs.
Back Orders can take between 7-20 business days.
On-sale or discounted products are either expired or near expiry; therefore, no refund or replacement is given.
We accept returns within 14 days. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
1. The returned product(s) must be in their original condition and unopened.
2. Please be aware that all genuine gold products (including gold flakes, gold powder, gold leaf, edible gold, and cosmetic gold) are excluded from our return policy, as we cannot verify their carat value.

All products that contain genuine gold are subject to price fluctuation because gold is an international commodity, and our website prices are subject to increase at any time.
Goldleaf.nz does not claim to offer the lowest prices, nor do we claim to offer the best quality products. You must do your homework and find the right price and product.
Text, images, prices, and other content might be subject to error if this happens goldleaf.nz reserves the right to make the necessary updates and changes to its benefit at any time.
All images on this website are indicative, and some variations do exist.
Stock availability could change anytime, and this is due to our commercial system.
All our products are inspected individually and packaged by us to ensure good condition. Suppose you claim after you received your order that one or some products were damaged or missing. In that case, you will have to provide video evidence upon unpacking your parcel to get a replacement or a refund, and by buying from us, you agree to this term.
Cancelling an order: For orders already in stock, you will be entitled to a full refund, less the shipping cost, if there is any. However, if your order was shipped for free, you will be charged shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Cancelling a backorder: You are entitled to a full refund less the international shipping cost: if your order was shipped from the EU, there would be a charge of $495 shipping fee and a $370 shipping fee from Asia. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or you will have to pay by direct credit to our bank account if your original payment does not cover the shipping cost.
Our gilding warranty applies to the quality only and does not apply to damages caused by accident, misuse, negligence or intentional damage.
Goldleaf.NZ is not responsible for any bank charges you incur when doing business with us.
If unsatisfied with our service or product, your only option is to stop using our website.

All our prices are NZ$ and include GST.
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
We may cancel any Coupon at any time without giving the customer prior notice.
Using AfterPay, you, the customer, agree to make full payment and honour your transactions according to AfterPay terms and conditions.

Artists Terms and Conditions

By signing up or registering on the website to become a vendor, you agree to the Gold Leaf NZ and the following vendor’s terms and Conditions.
Vendors can only advertise artwork or products they personally made and owned.
The vendor’s artwork/product details, including photos, must be accurate and current.
The vendor is responsible for providing a replacement or a refund within seven days working of being notified by the customer or Gold Leaf NZ if an artwork/product is faulty or falsely advertised.
The vendor must advertise only the artwork/products that are available to be shipped to customers within five days of sale.
Withdrawal from sales can only be made by the vendor once the buyer has received their artwork/product(s).
Gold Leaf NZ reserves the right to reject any artwork/product being advertised on this website or even cancel the vendor listings at their sole discretion without prior notice.
Gold Leaf NZ may or may not pass over to the vendor customer’s details unless there was a dispute.
Gold Leaf NZ will do its best to advertise, promote, and sell all artwork/products listed on the website according to the business module that it sees as correct, and the vendor has no input in this regard.
The vendor agrees to the terms and conditions of PayPal, Afterpay and any other payment methods provided on the website.
goldleaf.nz does not charge a fee for selling online; however, it charges a 5% commission on the sale of sold artwork or products to cover payment methods, banking, and related transaction fees.
