Oracal 651 self-adhesive vinyl is a high-quality graphic film made in Germany. It adheres well to glass, metal, plastic, fibreglass, and wood surfaces. Although it is considered “permanent adhesive vinyl,” it can be removed with a heat gun without damaging the surface. Oracal 651 adhesive vinyl is great for decals, glassware, lettering, and DIY projects. It is easy to cut; use home scissors to cut shapes and stripes.
