These cotton gilder’s gloves (small size) are used for all genuine and imitation leaf application. Facedown the gold side and press down on the transfer paper to release the gold away from the tissue paper. These cotton gilding gloves are also needed for picking up the imitation/metal leafs.
Always wear these cotton gloves when applying the gold leaf to avoid leaving fingerprints on the gilded surface. These fingerprints will stain your gold or silver leaf. The cotton gloves work together with the Instacoll Tissues to polish the gilded surface and removes redundant flakes.
