By signing up or registering on the website to become a vendor, you agree to the terms and conditions of Gold Leaf NZ and the following vendor’s terms and Conditions.
The vendor’s artwork/product details, including photos, must be accurate and current.
The vendor is responsible for providing a replacement or a refund within seven days of being notified by the customer or Gold Leaf NZ if an artwork/product is faulty or falsely advertised.
The vendor must advertise only the artwork/products that are available to be shipped to customers within seven days.
Withdrawal from sales can only be made by the vendor 15 days after the sale.
Goldleaf.nz does not charge a fee for selling artist work. Therefore, Gold Leaf NZ reserves the right to reject any artwork/product being advertised on this website or even cancel the vendor listings at their sole discretion without prior notice.
Gold Leaf NZ may or may not pass over to the vendor customer’s details even in the event of a dispute.
Gold Leaf NZ will do its best to advertise, promote, and sell all artwork/products listed on the website according to the business module that it sees as correct, and the vendor has no input in this regard.
If the artwork/product(s) sold is not fulfilled and shipped by the vendor on time, the vendor shall pay Gold Leaf within 15 days of all the expenses that Gold Leaf NZ incurred.
The vendor agrees to the terms and conditions of PayPal, Afterpay and any other payment methods provided on the website.
goldleaf.nz does not charge a fee to sell online; however, it charges a commission of 5% on the total sale of sold artwork/products to cover banking and related transaction fees.
